Utkal Seva Foundation is a non-profit organization driven by a deep sense of social responsibility and a vision for an equitable society.

Based in Bhadrak, Odisha, we are a collective of dedicated social workers, educators, and volunteers committed to bringing orphaned, abandoned, and underprivileged children into the mainstream. We believe that every child, regardless of their background, deserves the right to dream and the resources to achieve those dreams.

Our foundation focuses on holistic development, meaning we look beyond basic survival to provide emotional support, character building, and life skills that empower individuals for a lifetime.
